One team, every room

A full renovation is where using separate trades hurts most — the plasterer waiting on the electrician, the kitchen fitter waiting on the plumber. We carried the whole job ourselves, so the programme was ours to keep.

Kitchen and bathrooms

A handleless kitchen with an island, quartz worktops and integrated appliances, and three bathrooms fitted from first fix through to tiling, brassware and glass.

Finished properly

Wall panelling and full redecoration through the house, new flooring in every room, a new boiler and consumer unit, and roofing and drainage work outside.

Scope of works

• Strip-out of the kitchen, bathrooms and floor coverings
• Handleless kitchen with island, quartz worktops and integrated appliances
• Three bathrooms, including a walk-in shower room and family bathroom
• First and second fix plumbing throughout
• Rewire, new consumer unit and new boiler
• Wall panelling and full redecoration
• New flooring — herringbone, tiling and carpet
• Flat roof, parapet and drainage works outside
