Electrical work runs alongside the build rather than being bolted on at the end. We coordinate first fix while the walls are open and second fix once the plastering is done, so nothing gets chased into a finished wall.

Part P and certification
Domestic electrical work is notifiable under Part P of the Building Regulations. All electrical work on our jobs is carried out and certified by qualified electricians, and you get the paperwork for your records and for any future sale.
Working with the build
Because the electrics sit inside our own programme, cables are run before the plasterer arrives and accessories go on after decoration. Sockets and switches end up where you actually want them, which is a conversation worth having before first fix, not after.
Consumer units and rewires
Older boards without RCD protection are worth upgrading, and properties with rubber or fabric-sheathed cable should be rewired rather than patched. We will give you a straight assessment of which category yours is in.
