Pitched roofs

Strip, felt or membrane, batten and re-cover, with new lead to abutments and valleys as required. We replace rotten timber rather than covering it, and we make sure the roof is actually ventilated — plenty of re-covered roofs sweat because nobody thought about airflow.

Flat roofs

Warm roof build-ups with proper falls to the outlets. Standing water is what kills flat roofs, and it is almost always a falls problem rather than a membrane problem.

Roofline

New fascias, soffits, guttering and downpipes, sized and fixed so the gutters actually cope with a heavy downpour. It is a fast job that makes an immediate difference to how a property looks.
